Returns Policy

We aim to give you a wonderful art-buying experience and take a lot of care in packaging your artwork so that it arrives safely. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage to the packing and artwork and contact us straight away. You may choose a new piece or we can issue you a refund (less shipping and bank charges).

If you have any concerns or dissatisfaction with your purchase you may return it within 14 business days. You must package the artwork in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). We will email you the mailing address to return the artwork. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the artwork in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping and bank charges) or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).
