When you purchase art from this site, we collect the information you provide such as your name, shipping/billing address and email address. When you browse the site, we also automatically receive your computer’s IP address and collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view and what websites or search terms referred you to the site.
We use this information to fulfill any orders placed (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with order confirmations), to communicate with you, to screen orders for potential risk or fraud, to provide you with information relating to products (in accordance with the preferences you have shared with me) and to improve and optimize the site for all visitors.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

We may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (e.g. Facebook's “Like” button) that let you share actions you take on this site with other media. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTESTS
On occasion, Spirit Glow® will run contests, giveaways and other promotions on social media. These terms & conditions apply:
The winner will be chosen at random. There is no cash alternative to the prize, though you may transfer it to someone else. One prize per person. During the selection of winning entries, the user names of winners will be announced and/or tagged in social media posts about that specific contest's results. Winners will be notified by DM within 7 days of the contest closing date and must respond within 28 days of the closing date to claim their prize. Spirit Glow® will ship the winners their prizes within one month of responding to Spirit Glow® with their shipping details.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us via email to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational or legal reasons.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
This store is hosted on Squarespace Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you. When you make a purchase on this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use the products here for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
PRICING TERMS AND CURRENCY CONVERSION
Prices for the artworks available for sale are listed on the site in GBP and can be converted to your home country's currency if you reside outside of the UK. Refunds use the same payment method and are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the currency needs to be converted to issue a refund, then the current currency rate (and not the currency rate at the time of the order) is used in the conversion.
If you ordered artwork for shipment to a country outside of the UK, any customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
COMMISSIONS
Commission work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Spirit Glow® will confirm the price of the work with you, at which point a nonrefundable deposit toward the purchase price is due. The artist will provide you with two opportunities to review progress on the piece and offer input. Once the piece is complete, you must either issue the final payment to release the artwork for shipment or decline to follow through with the purchase and surrender the deposit.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCT PRICES
Prices for our products and any other services offered on the site now and in the future are subject to change. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
ACCURACY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (where applicable)
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of artworks that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of colours will be consistent with this.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or in violation of any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally and inadvertently, there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
